okbag Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. General Provisions

Clause 1.1 — Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and okbag ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the okbag website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming products offered through the platform.

Clause 1.2 — Acceptance

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the okbag platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance is effective upon your first use of the platform, regardless of whether you have expressly reviewed this document.

Clause 1.3 — Supplementary Terms

These Terms are supplemented by the okbag Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the supplementary policies, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant supplementary document.

Clause 1.4 — Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version for all legal and interpretive purposes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Clause 2.1 — Minimum Age

Access to and use of the okbag platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. okbag operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will take all necessary steps to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

Clause 2.2 — Age Verification

okbag reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photographic identification that clearly displays your date of birth. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of age verification, and any funds held in a suspended account will remain inaccessible until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Clause 2.3 — Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the okbag platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. okbag makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available in all locations. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting or gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.

Clause 2.4 — Single Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okbag platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using different contact details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances therein, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

Clause 3.1 — Registration Requirements

To access the full range of okbag services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a unique password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change after registration.

Clause 3.2 — Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information you provide to okbag during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including false dates of birth, identity documents belonging to other individuals, or fictitious contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

Clause 3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. okbag will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact okbag support immediately.

Clause 3.4 — Account Verification (KYC)

okbag operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making your first withdrawal, after reaching certain transaction thresholds, or at any other time okbag deems appropriate. Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Clause 4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

okbag currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). okbag reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Clause 4.2 — Minimum and Maximum Thresholds

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are published on the platform's payment page and may vary by payment method. okbag reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time, and current limits will always be displayed within the user's account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Clause 4.3 — Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your okbag account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. okbag is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network outages, or force majeure events. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, you should contact okbag support with your transaction reference number.

Clause 4.4 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time if they are flagged for security review, if KYC verification is outstanding, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds requiring manual authorisation. okbag does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Clause 4.5 — Same Payment Method Policy

To prevent financial fraud and money laundering, withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. okbag reserves the right to require additional verification or to route withdrawals via alternative approved methods where the original payment channel is no longer available.

Clause 4.6 — Own Funds Requirement

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for online betting and gaming. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using stolen payment credentials, or using funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

Clause 5.1 — Acceptance of Bets

okbag reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects match manipulation, insider information, system error, or any other irregularity. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the platform. Bets placed verbally, via support channels, or by any means other than the platform interface are not valid.

Clause 5.2 — Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the BCCI for IPL matches, the ICC for international tournaments). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, okbag's decision shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems and are final upon completion of each game round.

Clause 5.3 — Void Bets

okbag may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the market is settled in error and requires correction; the bet was placed after the official start time of the event (for pre-match markets); a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.

Clause 5.4 — Obvious Errors

In the event that odds, prices, or game parameters are published in error — including typographical errors, data feed failures, or system malfunctions resulting in clearly incorrect pricing — okbag reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. okbag will not honour bets placed at obviously incorrect odds where a reasonable person would have recognised the error.

Clause 5.5 — In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes based on real-time match events. Bets placed on in-play markets are processed as quickly as technically possible; however, there may be a brief delay between the time you submit a bet and the time it is accepted. okbag is not responsible for changes in odds or market availability that occur during this processing window.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Clause 6.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by okbag are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. In all cases, the following general conditions apply: bonuses are available to eligible players only; they may only be claimed once per eligible account unless stated otherwise; and they are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Clause 6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games or below the minimum qualifying odds will not count toward wagering requirements.

Clause 6.3 — Bonus Abuse

okbag employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinated betting patterns designed to neutralise risk and guarantee bonus extraction; depositing with the sole purpose of satisfying wagering requirements using low-risk strategies on excluded markets. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended.

Clause 6.4 — Promotional Modifications

okbag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bets or wagers already in progress under the promotion's original terms. okbag's decision regarding the application of promotional terms to any specific account or transaction is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

Clause 7.1 — Player Welfare Commitment

okbag is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour and providing tools that give players meaningful control over their activity on the platform. okbag recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and takes its duty of care to players seriously. All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your account settings without the need to contact support.

Clause 7.2 — Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before they become active, to ensure that limit increases are considered decisions rather than impulsive ones.

Clause 7.3 — Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period under any circumstances. During self-exclusion, your account will be disabled, you will be unable to make deposits or place bets, and okbag will make reasonable efforts to remove you from promotional communications. Any outstanding verified withdrawal requests will be processed during the self-exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Clause 8.1 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbag platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Providing false or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Placing bets in collaboration with other users to guarantee profit through arbitrage or match manipulation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbag staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any person who is underage or self-excluded.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.

Clause 8.2 — Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where okbag determines that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and recent bets placed during the period of the violation; withhold and forfeit any account balance, including deposited funds, if those funds are reasonably considered to be proceeds of fraudulent or criminal activity; and report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

Clause 9.1 — Platform Content

All content on the okbag platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, data feeds, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of okbag or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

Clause 9.2 — Restrictions

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the okbag platform without prior written consent from okbag. Unauthorised use of platform content — including scraping odds data, reproducing game assets, or replicating the platform interface — constitutes infringement of okbag's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clause 10.1 — Service Availability

okbag makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability at all times, including during major cricket events such as BPL finals and T20 World Cup knockout rounds. However, okbag does not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance windows, provided that reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance is given where practicable.

Clause 10.2 — Accuracy of Information

While okbag strives to ensure that all odds, game information, balance displays, and transaction records are accurate at all times, it cannot guarantee freedom from technical errors or data feed inaccuracies. okbag shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform where such inaccuracy results from a technical error or third-party data feed failure beyond okbag's reasonable control.

Clause 10.3 — Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbag's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the user's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their okbag account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okbag shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11. Account Termination & Closure

Clause 11.1 — Closure by User

You may request the closure of your okbag account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

Clause 11.2 — Closure by okbag

okbag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes; the account holder is under the minimum age requirement; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Clause 11.3 — Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the okbag platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding bonus funds will be cancelled and forfeited. Settled winnings held in your account balance that have not been forfeited under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied.

12. Changes to These Terms

Clause 12.1 — Right to Amend

okbag reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, changes in okbag's services or products, or to address emerging issues related to platform integrity or player welfare. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect, where practicable.

Clause 12.2 — Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the okbag platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1. The current version of these Terms is always available on the okbag platform and supersedes all previous versions.

Clause 13.3 — Formal Dispute Resolution
